2. Services Provided

Landrum Chiropractic provides chiropractic including but not limited care services to spinal adjustments, therapeutic massage, and related wellness services. All services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Appointment Policies

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time
• No-shows may be charged a fee

4. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept most major insurance plans and will bill your insurance provider on your behalf. You are responsible for any co-payments, deductibles, or non-covered services.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to provide accurate health information, follow recommended treatment plans, and communicate any changes in their condition. Failure to do so may affect the quality of care provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our healthcare professionals exercise reasonable skill and care, results of treatment cannot be guaranteed. Each patient's response to treatment varies based on individual circumstances.
