Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
2. Insurance Claims
For patients with insurance, we will bill your insurance provider directly. Any co-payments or deductibles are due at the time of service. Refunds from insurance claims will be processed according to your specific plan terms.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a $25 fee
- No-show appointments may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel
4. Package and Prepaid Services
Prepaid service packages (such as multiple massage sessions) may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if unused. After 30 days, package balances are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe there has been an error in your billing, please contact our office immediately at (580) 332-1800. We will investigate and resolve any legitimate disputes promptly.
